No you do not! You simply need to firmly press and then release the button to engage the device – you do NOT need to hold the button down the entire time! Your device will beep and shut off after the 2-minute session.
The SinuSonic lasts for six months and then it needs to be replaced. Like toothbrushes, razor blades and other hygiene equipment, over time it must be replaced for sanitary reasons. Use your SinuSonic dailly to maximize the value and the results!
