How to Use Your SinuSonic

Set Up
Pull out and discard the clear plastic tab at the base of the device. The device will play a “welcome” tone. Now you’re ready.

Step 2
For a full session, hold down the trigger and breathe in and out through your nose. Breathe normally, not too hard or fast, which could cause you to feel light-headed. If you are unable breathe through your nose, breathe in through your mouth and try to breathe out through your nose. You’ll feel and hear the gentle humming. As you breathe out through your nose, you should hear a light fluttering sound. If nasal drainage occurs, remove the device to blow your nose, then return the device and continue.
One Click On: Just click the trigger to use the device uninterrupted without needing to hold down the trigger. It will run for about 2 minutes before stopping automatically and playing the success tone. You can turn it off at any time by pressing the trigger again.

Step 3
If you use the device for a full two minute session, you will hear a high-pitched "success tone to let you know your session is complete. A full session is recommended, but you may find relief with shorter session lengths.

Step 4
If necessary, you can gently wipe the nose mask with a damp cloth or paper towel.
Safety and Warnings
Your health and wellness are important to us. Please follow all warnings and instructions for proper use of your device.
Stop or pause using the device if you begin feeling:
- Dizzy
- Faint
- Short of breath
- Lightheaded
Consult a physician before using the device if any of the following apply to you:
- Asthma
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD)
- Chronic bronchitis
- Emphysema
- Pneumonia
- Pleural effusion
- Lung cancer, cancer to the throat or upper airway
- Active nose bleed
- Heart arrhythmia
- Coronary artery disease
- Congestive heart failure
- Heart attack
- Pregnant or nursing
- Under 12 years of age
- Brain tumor
- Moderate to severe ear pain
- Fever over 101 in adults
Using and Replacing
Your unit will last for 6 months or 1,080 minutes of use after device activation.
- When 5% of the device life remains, the device warns you with the “Limited Use Remaining” tone and needs to be replaced soon.
- The “End of Use” tone plays and the device needs to be replaced.
For best results, activate and use the device by the date on its packaging.
Disposal and Recycling
After 6 months or 1,080 minutes of use, simply throw away with normal household waste. For recycling, follow your local electronics-recycling guidelines.
